Prabir Purkayastha, the founder of NewsClick, was detained following raids related to a dispute over money from China.
In connection with a UAPA investigation, Delhi Police announced on Tuesday that they had detained Prabir Purkayastha, the founder and editor-in-chief of NewsClick. Amit Chakravarty, the director of human resources at NewsClick, was also detained, according to the police.
