Police had on Tuesday issued notices to the couple, directing them to appear before CCB. The questioning was based on digital evidences including photos, videos and mobile messages, sources said.

“They have attended many parties where we suspect drugs were used rampantly, and the couple knew about it. Their statements will strengthen our investigation,” an officer said.
Addressing media persons outside his residence in RR Nagar later, Diganth said: “We have answered their all questions and are cooperating with the ongoing investigation. Police have directed us to appear before them in future and we’ll do so whenever we are called. They’ve directed us not to share details of the investigation .”
