Release of the first images of the Moon as taken by Chandrayaan-3
The first images of the Moon that Chandrayaan-3 took have been made public by the ISRO. The ISRO posted a video along with the caption, “The Moon, as viewed by Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft during Lunar Orbit Insertion (LOI) on August 5, 2023.” The third Moon mission from India, Chandrayaan-3, was launched successfully from Sriharikota on July 14.
