BALASORE (ODISHA): Congress leader Rahul Gandhi accused the BJP on Thursday of insulting the people of Odisha after one of its representatives stated that Lord Jagannath is a follower of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Addressing an electoral rally in Simulia for the Bhadrak Lok Sabha constituency, he swore to safeguard India’s Constitution and democracy. “The BJP has insulted every individual of Odisha as one of its leaders claimed that Lord Jagannath is a devotee of PM Modi,” Gandhi spoke.
