Provident Housing will open its first themed villa in Bengaluru, with a target revenue of Rs 600 crore.

Puravankara Group affiliate Provident Housing Limited intends to launch its first themed villament project, Provident Deansgate, in Bengaluru, with a projected top line of Rs 600 crore.

Villaments are self-contained units that are part of a bigger complex that includes apartment buildings. These villas are said to combine the benefits of a private residence, such as seclusion, with the added benefits of an apartment complex, such as security and other amenities.

The project, located on IVC Road in North Bengaluru

“We intend to launch on December 10.” However, homeowners have already begun inquiring about pre-sales, accounting for about 30% of the project. Each villa would cost more than Rs 1.9 crore, and inventory will include 1,900-1,950 sq ft garden townhouses and 2,100-2,200 sq ft terrace townhouses,” said Mallanna Sasalu, chief executive officer of the company.
