Peyush Bansal, the CEO of online eyewear store Lenskart, reportedly paid 18 crores for a home in Delhi’s Neeti Bagh, according to records obtained by a business that analyzes real estate data for Moneycontrol. In May, the sale document was signed in his name. According to the paperwork, Bansal had to pay 1.08 crore in stamp duty for the purchase.

According to the papers, the area that Bansal acquired is 469.7 sq m or 5056 square feet. The structure is in Neeti Bagh and covers a total area of 939.4 square meters or 10.111.7 square feet. Bansal purchased the bungalow from Surinder Singh Atwal. The documents state that Bansal purchased the basement and ground floor of the house. Bansal is a judge on the reality TV program Shark Tank India, in which contestants pitch their company ideas to potential investors.
