Near Varthur, Whitefield, & Old Airport Road, freshly laid roadways are separating
Residents of the HAL ward’s Varthur, Whitefield, and Old Airport Road have claimed that the freshly paved road has started to develop potholes and that the tar is peeling off.
The star is peeling off and creating potholes on the Varthur-Balagere and Balagere Panathur Main Road, which is a part of the Comprehensive Development Planning Road.

Residents complained that the work was subpar and demanded that the BBMP add the contractors to a blacklist and withhold payment.
A local who lives close to Varthur claimed that when the tar was applied immediately before the assembly elections, craters started to emerge on the road leading to Varthur within two months.
