Luxury Apartments in Bangalore Have Increased 142% Sales This Year.
In Bengaluru, sales of luxury properties costing more than Rs 1.5 crore increased 142% in the first nine months of this calendar year. According to data from Anarock, a property consulting business, on luxury home sales in seven cities, including Bengaluru, a record 9,220 luxury residences were sold in the city between January and September this year, up from 3,810 homes sold in the same time in 2022.

Luxury Apartments in Bangalore have Approximately 84,400 units were sold in the seven cities by the end of September. Among the major cities, Hyderabad experienced a 260% growth, while Chennai experienced a 143% increase. More mature markets, such as Mumbai (MMR) and NCR, experienced more consistent growth.
