Ganesh, a Kannada actor, received approval from the HC to construct a home in the Bandipur area.

The Bandipur eco-sensitive zone’s Jakkali village’s actor Ganesh has been given permission by the Karnataka High Court to continue building his home there. Ganesh started the construction work in Jakkali village, where he owns 1.24 acres of property, but environmentalists objected to it.

Ganesh is free to continue the work being done on his home thanks to the high court’s ruling on Friday. However, the court added a requirement that the building must be evacuated if any subsequent orders call for it at any point. This clause emphasizes that the building’s development is dependent on the petition’s eventual outcome.

Ganesh petitioned the high court for help after the forest department slapped the actor with a notice on August 14 ordering a halt to the building of the house. The court ordered Ganesh to consult the forest service and the Bandipur environmental sensitive zone monitoring committee.
