Israel claims Hamas commander was killed after bombing Gaza’s largest refugee camp.
Volunteers searched through the wreckage of the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, desperately looking for dead and survivors. The Gaza health ministry, which is operated by Hamas, reported 50 deaths and 150 injuries.

On Tuesday, a series of huge explosions hit Gaza’s largest refugee camp, killing numerous people. According to the Israeli military, the airstrikes that produced the explosions killed a Hamas commander connected to the October 7 attacks.
