The number of COVID-19 cases in India is steadily increasing, with five deaths and 335 new cases reported. According to the Union Health Ministry, four of the deaths occurred in Kerala and one in Uttar Pradesh. The total number of open cases has climbed to 1701. The total number of people who have recovered from the virus has risen to 4.46 crore.
