Who won what at the 2024 Golden Globes?
At the Golden Globes, ‘Oppenheimer’ won Best Actor in a Drama Motion Picture (Cillian Murphy), Best Director (Christopher Nolan), and Best Motion Picture (Drama). Robert Downey Jr also won Best Supporting Actor for ‘Oppenheimer’, while Da’Vine Joy Randolph won Best Supporting Actress for ‘The Holdovers’. For ‘Killers of the Flower Moon,’ Lily Gladstone received Best Actress (Drama Motion Picture).
‘Barbie’ receives the Box Office Achievement Award at the Golden Globes.
Greta Gerwig’s directorial debut ‘Barbie’ has won the Golden Globes for Cinematic and Box Office Achievement. With this win, ‘Barbie’ has become the first-ever winner of the Globes’ newest category. “Thank you to…every… Barbie and Ken in front of and behind the camera.” Gerwig described the performance as “the greatest, most joyful display of craftsmanship and passion I’ve ever seen.”
