50 people were detained after communal skirmishes during the Eid-e-Milad parade in K’taka.
According to Karnataka Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa, the Karnataka Police have detained over 50 persons and filed complaints against them in connection with a stone-throwing incident that occurred during an Eid-e-Milad procession on Sunday in Shivamogga.
Due to the Karnataka bandh, all schools and colleges in Bengaluru will be closed on Friday.
