A week after being built in Bengaluru, a bus shelter worth Rs 10 lakh and the steel supporting it were taken.
The Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) was in charge of maintaining the bus shelter, which was located on Cunningham Road.
On September 30, a month after the bus shelter disappeared, N Ravi Reddy, an associate vice-president of the business in charge of building BMTC bus shelters in Bengaluru, filed a complaint with the police. The police then opened a theft case.
