Bengaluru Namma Metro Will Operate Till Midnight 2 a.m. on New Year. As you know, every year, Bengaluru MG Road witnesses a massive crowd at midnight on New Year’s. So, to make travel safe, Bengaluru Namma metro has announced they will operate the metro until midnight 2:00 a.m. MG Road metro will be shut at 11 p.m. night as it might be overcrowded. You can also visit nearby metro stations like Cubbon Park or Trinity.
As you know, every year, Bengaluru police tighten security. More than 7-8 lakh people might visit MG Road and nearby places like Church Street, so there should not be any security beach so the citizens can feel safe.
Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited announced, “We are pleased to announce the extension of metro train timings on the Purple and Green Lines for New Year’s Eve, 2025. The last train will depart from all terminal stations at 02:00 AM on January 1, 2025, while the final train from Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Metro Station (Majestic) will leave at 2:40 AM.”
