After 118 days, Hollywood actors’ longest strike comes to a conclusion.
After 118 days, the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) reached a tentative agreement with Disney and Netflix to end the longest actor strike in history.
“We’ve arrived at a contract that will enable SAG-AFTRA members from every category to build sustainable careers,” the union said in a statement. The strike was supported by over 60,000 SAG-AFTRA members.
