A fake bomb threat on the TCS Bengaluru site sends staff to fear.

A fake bomb threat call was made to the TCS Think Campus in Bengaluru, forcing personnel to evacuate.

Bengaluru police are looking for a former Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) employee after the company’s Hosur Road campus got a bogus bomb threat call on Tuesday.

According to reports, the woman was just fired from the firm. The phony bomb threat call caused pandemonium at the company, forcing authorities to evacuate all employees. Authorities got the report in the campus’s B block, and cops were dispatched to the scene for inspections.

The incident occurred within the jurisdiction of the Parappana Agrahara police station

. Cops reportedly took a bomb squad and a dog squad with them to sweep through the entire campus, identify, and remove the bombs but quickly concluded that no explosives were found.

According to police, the call was traced to a woman from Karnataka’s Hubballi district who was just let go from the company. Initial investigations have also shown that the woman made the phony bomb threat call out of resentment for the company. Police are looking for the woman, whose identity is unknown.
