NEW DELHI: According to Knight Frank, registrations of Property in Mumbai municipal region increased by 22% in May to 12,000 units, reflecting stronger housing demand.
According to Knight Frank India, property registrations in Mumbai city (area under BMC authority) totaled 12,000 units as of 9.25 p.m. on May 31, compared to 9823 units in the same month previous year. Residential units account for 80% of all registered properties as of May 2024.
