A video of a Bengaluru traffic police officer patching a pothole went viral. However, several people questioned what the city’s civic body was doing while praising the traffic cop in the video that was released on X on Wednesday.
As the cop fixes the pothole, automobiles can be seen lining up in the footage.
Social media users questioned the Bruhata Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), the city’s civic body, for doing nothing about the poor roads. People praised the cop, Madhushudhan, for his commitment to aiding others.

The traffic police, though, have intervened before to remedy Bengaluru’s poor road conditions.
500 potholes were supposedly fixed in 2021 by the city traffic police. Additionally, the police have worked to remedy issues including median length, broken walkways, and inadequate illumination, especially after heavy rains delayed traffic on Bengaluru’s roads.
