Bengaluru achieves 19th and 22nd places internationally in terms of home price growth.

According to a Knight Frank survey, Bengaluru moved up 55 spots to take over the 22nd spot on a global index measuring the appreciation of house prices.

 

According to a report from the real estate consulting company Knight Frank, the Indian cities of Mumbai and Bengaluru improved significantly in the second quarter of this year, from April to June, moving up from 95th and 77th to 19th and 22nd, respectively, on a global index measuring housing price appreciation.

Residential price growth in 107 locations around the world fell in the second quarter of 2023, falling to 1.7% year-over-year

The company examined home price inflation in various locations around the world for a study titled “Global Residential Cities Index Q2 2023.” According to the report, the residential prices in the Karnataka state capital increased by 5.3% in Q2 over the same period last year, making it the second-highest ranked Indian metropolis behind Mumbai on the index.
