A Bengaluru guy was allegedly harassed and compelled to bribe police officers. An anonymous Reddit member revealed a terrifying scenario that his friend had to go through. The individual mentioned that a buddy of his is new to Bengaluru and was house hunting in the Ejipura area.

A few police officers apprehended him and grabbed his phone. They asked him to unlock it and combed through all of his messages. “When they found the word “marijuana” mentioned, they scared him by saying that they needed to take him for a medical check-up,” he wrote.
The person stated that his acquaintance does not smoke marijuana and does not have any marijuana-related images. It was only a term mentioned in one of the talks. He claimed that after more than 30 minutes of searching, they found nothing else.
