A woman was hit with a cricket bat after she asked her neighbors not to waste tap water.

Ten individuals beat, kicked, and hit a 30-year-old lady with a cricket bat in Narayan Rao Colony near Sriramapura after she told them not to squander water gathered from a public faucet.

Bhanupriya informed police that she was assaulted by neighbors on October 25, but she couldn’t register a complaint until three days later because she was receiving treatment.
