Philips opens a 5,000-person capacity innovation hub in Bengaluru.

On November 9, the Netherlands-based healthcare company Philips opened its innovation campus in the Embassy business center in Yelahanka, signaling the continued expansion and recruitment efforts of Global Capability Centers (GCC) in India.
This 650,000-square-foot complex, which can house up to 5,000 people, is one of the country’s largest Philips campuses.
Karnataka participated in the inauguration ceremony. “Philips has been a key contributor to the Karnataka ecosystem for the past 27 years,” CM Siddaramaiah remarked. The Philips innovation center in Bengaluru is a digital powerhouse dedicated to developing healthcare solutions that improve the lives and well-being of people all over the world.”
He went on to say that the Philips innovation center in Bengaluru will be critical in advancing the company’s digital transformation not only in India but also globally.
