At the airport in Bengaluru, two travelers from Bangkok were recently detained for bringing 48,000 cigarettes valued at about 8.2 lakh. Bengaluru Customs posted images of the cigarettes they had confiscated on X (previously Twitter). The two men arrived at the airport with four suitcases, according to sources from the air intelligence unit of Bengaluru Customs.
